በመዲናዋ የልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞን ግንባታ ይፋ ሆነ!

የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ከቻይናው ኤፍ ኤች ኢ ሲ ኩባንያ ጋር በሽርክና የሚያስገነባው ልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞን ግንባታ ይፋ ተደርጓል፡
የከተማ አስተዳደሩ ለዚህ ፕሮጀክት የሚሆን መሬት በወቅታዊ የሊዝ ዋጋ አስልቶ ማቅረቡን የከንቲባ ጽሕፈት ቤት መረጃ ያመላክታል፡፡
የቻይናው ኤፍ ኤች ኢ ሲ ኩባንያ ደግሞ ወቅቱ የደረሰበትን ቴክኖሎጂ ፣ ፋይናንስና ግብዓት በማቅረብ ግንባታውን እንደሚያከናውን ተገልጿል፡፡
ጎተራ አካባቢ የሚገነባው ይህ ልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞን ዘመኑ ያፈራቸውን ቴክኖሎጂዎች በመጠቀም የሚገነባ ነው ተብሏል፡፡
በውስጡም ዓለም አቀፋዊ የኢኮኖሚና የንግድ ዞን ፣ የትምህርት እና የባህል ዞን፣ የፋይናንስና ቢዝነስ ዞን እንዲሁም ዘመናዊ የመኖሪያ ቤት ዞንን እንደሚያካትት ተጠቁሟል፡፡
ፕሮጀክቱ ወደ ከተማዋ የሚመጡ የውጭ ሀገር ዜጎችን ቁጥር በመጨመር ዓለም አቀፍ ሚናዋን እንደሚያጎላ ታምኖበታል፡፡

The construction of the special economic zone, which will be built by the Addis Ababa city administration in partnership with the Chinese FHEC company, has been announced.
According to information from the mayor’s office, the city administration has calculated and provided the land for this project at the current lease price.
It is stated that the Chinese FHEC company will carry out the construction by providing technology, finance and resources.
It is said that this special economic zone, which will be built around Gotera, will be built using the technologies of the time.
It is pointed out that it includes a global economic and commercial zone, an educational and cultural zone, a financial and business zone and a modern housing zone.
It is believed that the project will increase the number of foreigners coming to the city and emphasize its international role.
